This policy explains how Health by Inferas, a product of Infera Consulting Pvt Ltd ("Inferas", "we"), handles information when you use this website. We aim to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and related rules.

Information we collect

• Sample plan demo / assessment: the demo runs entirely in your browser. Your choices (goal, diet type, region, conditions) are not sent to our servers and are not stored.
• Contact form: the form currently has no backend and does not transmit or store what you type. When we enable it, we will collect only what you choose to submit (such as name, email and message) and update this policy first.
• Booking preview: the check-in widget is a preview and does not collect data.

Cookies and analytics

We currently do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may process standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.

Health information

Health details are sensitive. Please don't send medical records through this website. If we later offer personalised plans, we will ask for your clear consent, explain the purpose, collect only what's needed and protect it with reasonable security safeguards.

How we use and share information

We use information only to respond to you and provide our services. We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers who help us run the service, under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law.

Children

This site is intended for adults. Users under 18 should use it with a parent or guardian.
