About Health by Inferas
Health by Inferas is a product of Infera Consulting Pvt Ltd (Inferas), headquartered in Gurgaon, India.
We build Indian diet plans around the food you already eat: your region, your kitchen and your diet type, whether vegetarian, vegan, non-vegetarian or Jain. A team of specialised AI agents drafts your plan, and a qualified nutritionist checks in with you every week by video to review progress and adjust.
How we work
- AI agents handle intake, meal planning, condition guardrails (for example PCOS, diabetes, thyroid and hypertension), activity, groceries and progress tracking.
- Weekly nutritionist check-ins keep a human in the loop who understands your context.
- Your doctor stays in charge of diagnosis, medication and treatment. We support, not replace, medical care.
